Dox is a French-Italian rooftop bistro with an international atmosphere, located right by the train station with a fantastic view of Alingsås. We have been open for over two years now – and our journey has just begun!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to the menu and guests' requests.
• Greet guests and provide a high level of service, as well as give recommendations and answer questions about drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including cleaning glasses and equipment.
• Handle cash register and payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Develop new drink recipes and special offers to attract guests and increase sales.
• Monitor and order drinks and supplies to ensure the bar is always well-stocked.
• Follow applicable alcohol laws and safety regulations to ensure safe and responsible serving.
• Work together with service staff to ensure guests' orders are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bartending, preferably in a restaurant or bar, with good knowledge of drink recipes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Creativity and interest in mixology to develop new drinks and concepts.
• Knowledge of applicable alcohol laws and responsible serving.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously, especially during peak times.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others in the team.
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends.
